Products:

All products available are displayed on the webstore, otherwise are sold out or not released yet.

All products are ready to be shipped worldwide.

Orders:

All orders have to be paid in euros (€) which is the only currency displayed on the webstore.

Black Gangrene reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of acceptance of the order.

Shipping cost is not included in the products price, it will be calculated in the end of the ordering process.

In the event of unavailability of a product occurring after the order was passed by the customer, an email will be sent to issue a refund or a compensation via credit note for the collected and cashed sum.

Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes are likely to be required for import. These are at the customer’s expense and under their sole responsibility both in terms of payment and tax returns to the authorities and qualified organizations of the customer’s country. We recommend that foreign customers inquire about these aspects with their local authorities.

Payments:

Payments are possible by Paypal, Stripe and bank transfer, all transaction costs being responsibility of the customer.
After 5 days without proof or transfer confirmation, the order is automatically cancelled.

Privacy Policy:

We are concerned about your privacy so we take it seriously and under no circumstance your information will be shared with any third parties.
At any moment you have the right to request your personal data to be deleted without justification needed.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped between 1 to 8 business days using registered airmail, no exceptions. (Priority airmail is not much cheaper than registered airmail, so this extra cost is totally worth it.)
It will always be provided the tracking/registration number that can be checked on the following services:

Some postal services do not recognize our tracking number but in case of complaint it is indispensable to have it.
